Apple Watch Motion Data

When you use Apple Watch tracking features, TennisPal may process motion and sensor-related data from Apple Watch to estimate tennis activity, swings, movement, and workout performance. Motion-based analysis may be approximate and can be affected by device position, movement patterns, sensor availability, and environment.

HealthKit Data

If you grant HealthKit permissions, TennisPal may read or write HealthKit-related data only for the purposes shown in the app and Apple permission prompts, such as workouts, heart rate, active energy, or other supported fitness data.

TennisPal does not use HealthKit data for advertising or sell HealthKit data. You can manage HealthKit permissions at any time in Apple Health or iOS Settings.

Subscription Information

If you purchase a subscription or paid feature, Apple may provide the app with subscription status or transaction-related information needed to unlock and manage paid access. Payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store.

Photos

If the app allows you to add or select photos, TennisPal may process the photos you choose for the feature you selected. Access to photos depends on the permissions you grant through iOS. You should only add photos that you have the right to use.

Data Storage

If you delete the app, erase your device, turn off permissions, or remove app data, locally stored information may be deleted or become unavailable.

HealthKit Data

HealthKit data is handled in accordance with Apple’s HealthKit requirements. TennisPal uses HealthKit data only to provide health, fitness, workout, and tennis tracking features requested by you.

TennisPal does not sell HealthKit data, does not use HealthKit data for advertising, and does not share HealthKit data with third parties for advertising or data brokerage purposes.

Payment Information

TennisPal keeps information for as long as needed to provide app functionality, maintain your records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it, delete the app, or change relevant settings or permissions.

You control many types of information through the app, iOS Settings, Apple Health, Apple Watch, iCloud, and App Store subscription settings.

• You can edit or delete information inside the app where features allow.
• You can change HealthKit permissions in Apple Health or iOS Settings.

• You can delete the app to remove locally stored app data from the device, subject to Apple system behavior and backups.

TennisPal is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use digital services without parental consent.
